He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.’ Micah 6:8

Parish Mission Group

Meets every 4th Monday at 12 noon at St. Andrew’s Chelsea.

The program is announced every month in the weekly notices before the meeting.

Breakfast

Working with the Chelsea Church of Christ, breakfast is served to all comers every Wednesday at the Chelsea Church of Christ.

Drink Cans

An enthusiastic team collects  drink cans for recycling and for the support of missionary and social work. Their depot is at Chelsea Church.

Saturday Coffee

A time of informal chat, coffee drinking and biscuit eating every Saturday morning in the narthex of the Carrum church. There is also an opportunity to explore the goods in the Op Shop.

Mission Sunday

Mission Sunday is an opportunity to celebrate Christ’s work of loving and serving. So guests are invited to tell us about the way they are acting as Christ’s hand and feet.

Social Justice

Members of our church actively advocate for social justice.  This includes liaising with the Uniting Church social advocacy team of the Uniting Church, petitioning local politicians and recognising and responding to needs in the community.

“Blessed are the merciful, for they will receive mercy.” Matthew 5:7
